Ashley

Our little black pug Ashley has become an important member of our family lately, esp. since the passing of our other pug Cooper. She's getting older (will be 12 yrs old this summer) and she's become so sweet and snuggly in her old age. The boys look forward to cozying up to her every day. I enjoy evenings with her curled up on my lap. Animals are such special friends!

Snow!!!

My boys had the absolute best time playing in the snow this past weekend, throwing snowballs, making snowmen and just running through all the snow. Our entire neighborhood was outside that day. It's the first time we've gotten any snow in about 10 years! Needless to say I was pretty excited myself! It was "the best thing ever" according to my boys. It only lasted a day, but it sure was fun while it lasted!

Goodbye Cooper

Our family lost one of our pugs a few weeks ago. He was with me for 13 years and 4 months and was the best pet! My boys just loved him so much. It was such a shock to us all when his little body just quit working. I will always remember that Friday evening when I found him. Eventhough he would have been 14 years old this September, I still did not want to think about the day would lose him. Our family has recovered, but still miss our beloved pug Cooper. May he rest in peace and remain in our hearts forever. We love you Coop!

Hockey Game

We took the boys + 2 friends to the hockey game this past weekend. Boy did they love it! There was even a real fight!!! I forsee a new world for this "girlie girl" that consists of boys and sporting events in my future.
