As it turns out, Little Brother is a huge animal lover. He especially loves his pug-Cooper. I got Cooper when he was only 6 weeks and now he's 11 years old. That's pretty damn old in dog years!! He's a great dog and just loves little LB. Every morning LB wants to give him his treat and sit with him for a while. I am really starting to think the dog actually enjoys the time he spends with LB. LB and Cooper have a special bond.....Cooper was my first baby. I remember th first night I got him, he slept in the bed with me and pooped about 10 times in the bed that night. What a mess and what's so bad about it is that he's still not potty trained!! The dog is too stubborn to be trained. As soon as you turn your back, he's pooping or peeing right on the floor. When I first met my hubby, Cooper immediatley marked all of his stuff, including his treasured golf clubs. Imagine that? Cooper has always been very protective of me and has always been a little wary of him.......

First Day of School..
Little Brother was so excited this morning about his first day of school!! He kept saying "let's roll baby." When he saw his little backpack he quickly put it on and kept it on til it was time to go. He stood at the door waiting for Daddy to get back from taking Big Brother to school. Peering out the window he wanted to go to school and now!! LB loved school last year and was always excited to go in the mornings. This year he will be in the 2's MMO class at First Baptist Church School. Big Brother started there when he was two also. Daddy took him to school and said that he screamed when he left and did not want to stay. I'm sure it will be like that for the first few weeks. I'm getting ready to go pick him up from his first day. We will see how it went.......

High Maintenance Child...
Everyone always told my hubby & I just how lucky we were with Big Brother being the perfect child. He was so damn easy in every aspect!!!!I never agreed with them more than I do now that little brother's personality is coming about. Talk about high maintenance!!!! When LB does not get his way he falls to the ground kicking and screaming and does not stop until he is completely worn out!!! Today he wanted more milk and I did not give it to him fast enough so he proceeded to fall to the floor and screamed at me for about 5 minutes!!!! Needless to say, in my defense he did this screaming in time out-whether that did any good who knows???
LB starts school tomorrow at First Baptist Church School and I am curious as to how he will behave in the classroom. He does not hesitate to hawl off and hit, slap or punch BB if he does not get his way. It will be interesting to see if he behaves the same way with other 2 year olds in his class. It's going to be a long hard road this school year if LB does not learn to control his little temper... He's a real mess.................
Riverbanks Zoo Trip
We took a family trip to Columbia on Saturday to Riverbanks Zoo. Daddy and I said to ourselves-are we crazy doing this for a day trip? It ended up being a great day with very few disagreements or whining from either of the boys. Little Brother was mesmerized by all the large animals and Big Brother thought it was just plain cool! LB had his first Icee and enjoyed being pushed around in his stroller for most of the day. I think BB's favorite part was seeing the Lion! BB said -"Wow, he's really big"!!!I think LB's favorite part was seeing the penguins, esp. because they were in one of the only air conditioned rooms in the entire zoo. It was pretty hot too-about 95 degrees in the afternoon. All in all it was a very successful trip that the boys fully enjoyed.....
My little lambs.....
It's funny that my boys both love their lambchops. Big Brother calls his "Weechop" and Little Brother now calls his "Teechop". If either of them ever get upset or hurt the first thing they say is that they want their lambchops. It's the cutest thing to see them at night sleeping in their beds hugging those lambs....I don't know what I will do if we ever lose one!!
