My Brother and Me...

I came across this poem about brothers on the web the other day and thought it fitting. And NO, I did not write it...kudos to who did though b/c it's way too cute!

My Brother and Me

My brother and me,
We sail the sea
In a cardboard box for a boat;

Or we barevely embark
On a hunt for a shark
As our wading pool serves as a moat.

We go off to work
Riding bikes, digging dirt...
Burst in the door, "Mommy! We're home!"

With double the hugs,
Double boo-boos and bugs,
We're happy we're never alone.

My brother and me,
As I'm sure you'll agree,
Are as close as two brothers can be;

For whatever the weather
I'm glad we're together-
No, there is no other
I'd want for my brother.
We're best pals-my brother and me!

The Gift of Sleep.

My boys have both been blessed with the "gift of sleep." They fall asleep quickly and sleep like Rocks. What a wonderful gift I gave them. Daddy, unforunately does NOT have this "gift" and is so... jealous of me and the boys-but happy for us anyway...(I think)

Cool picture!
Mommy, Big brother & Cougar
Our family enjoyed a College of Charleston basketball game this year. It was little brother's first basketball game and of course-he LOVED it mostly b/c of the basketballs in action. He had always been a HUGE fan of balls of any type since he was a baby. Loves them even more now! Big brother took some of his OWN money and bought himself a small Cougar complete with a C of C bandana. How cute!

Did I tell you how much I LOVE to watch this guy save the day? Love him....... One day I watched the House marathon almost all day.

Make Something Monday

My boys were so... excited about their little egg carton army man boat they created. How can something so simple be so much fun? It is STILL floating in water in their room and they WILL NOT let me pour the water out!
