Russ and I went to the Minnesota Vikings vs. Jacksonville Jaguars football game in Jacksonville on November 23rd. It was a 4 and 1/2 hour drive to Jacksonville, but with no kids it was quite a vacation! We got there early on Saturday and did a little shopping and had dinner at a Little Italy restaurant. I even treated myself to a Raspberry cosmo---yummy. The game was great since the Vikings lead the entire time. It was a lot of fun and the boys had a great visit with Rusty's Mom "Mimi."

My 100th Post!!!!

It's hard to believe this is my 100th post. My first blog entry was in August of this year. I have had so... much fun writing in mine and reading others great blogs....Some of you are REALLY computer savvy and SO creative too. I have found it's such a GREAT way to keep in touch with people when we ALL have such BUSY lives. Here's to my next 100 posts-may they be GREAT!

Black Friday

Ahhhhhh, Black Friday. I look forward to it every year. The excitement of shoppers buying Christmas gifts in search of that GREAT deal! I was a little disappointed in the deals this year, but I did manage to get a few great items in my cart. I was pretty excited about my Bissel bagless vac for $28, my 500 thread-count sheet set for $20, my 8GB Flash Drive for $9, boys pj's for $4, and to top it off my Light Brite game for only $9.....I do have to note I had to fight for my sheet set this morning at 5 am in Wal Mart. Those ladies were crazy and over SHEETS!!! It was NUTS in that place. And forget the electronics dept....once you get in there you're stuck behind a never ending stream of buggies with NO.... end in sight. I do LOVE my shopping, but HELP!!!!! It took forever to just manuver my cart out of the area! All in all it was a nice morning of shopping and now I'm ready to hit the bed (it's 8:45 on a Friday night.) Lame, I know.....but I'm just plain tired.

Christmas past...

Stolen from Two Boo Boos. I found these pictures of Will from his first Christmas in 2003. He was only 10 months old. In some ways it feels like he was that little just yesterday....Such a tiny precious baby..... It's hard to fathom that he will be 6 years old on his next birthday!!!

Nursery Rhyme Show

Will's class presented a Nursery Rhyme Show on Tuesday, November 18th at 7:55 am. It was so cute and ALL the kids did GREAT! Not one of them even seemed nervous! Will played the dish in Hey Diddle Diddle and did a fabulous job I must say. And what a DISH he was...
